Guidelines
Membership:
1. In order to purchase an organic produce box you must be a member.
2. To become a member a contract must be completed and membership fee paid.
3. The lifetime membership fee is $19.99 and must be paid before your 1st order is placed. The membership fee covers administrative costs as well as two reusable produce bags.
 
 

Weekly Produce Boxes:
1. We offer various produce box sizes and types. The produce list will be emailed out and updated on our website every Wednesday.

Box Descriptions

Juice Box - Contains organic produce that is geared towards make fresh fruit & vegetable juices for the week.
Small Box - Contains enough organic produce for one person to juice & eat for a week.
Medium Box - Contains enough organic produce for two people to juice & eat for a week.
Large Box - Contains enough organic produce for a small family to juice & eat for a week.

Fruit Box - Contains only organic fruit

Vegetable Box - Contains only organic vegetables

Customized Box

Any change made to a box constitutes it as a customized box.

Box Prices:

1. Pre Selected Box Prices
Juice - $30.00
Small - $25.00
Medium - $35.00
Large - $45.00

Fruit - $20.00

Vegetable - $25.00

Orders:

1. Members are required to place a produce box order either weekly or biweekly.
2. A default order will need to be established on your account. A default order consists of a pre selected box or boxes (Juice, Small, Medium, Large, Fruit or Vegetable).
3. Any item changes to a pre selected box will be considered a customized box which will incur an additional charge of $2.00. If you are participating in a program with Life, Strength & Health Holistic Center which requires certain dietary restrictions this fee will be waived. The fee will also be waived for those who have food allergies which must be noted in the contract. All order changes must be received by midnight Wednesday.

Payment:

1. The preferred method of payment is credit/debit.  Your information will be kept on file in our secure database. (Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover are accepted).
2. All credit card payments will be processed on Thursday.
3. If the credit card transaction is declined a phone call and email will be made. If no response has been received by Friday 12pm the order will not be fulfilled.
4. If you prefer to pay by cash, money order or cashiers check payment must be received by Thursday 7pm. You also have the option of prepaying for the next weeks box. If cash payment is not received by Thursday 7pm your order will not be fulfilled. (PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUBMIT YOUR CONTRACT VIA THE WEBSITE. YOU MUST FAX, MAIL OR HAND IT IN)
5. Checks are not accepted.

Cancellations/Stop orders:

1. You have the option of canceling your order for the week or to suspend your account.
2. All order cancellations must be received by Midnight Thursday. You must receive a confirmation from our office via phone or email in order for your request to be valid.
3. To resume your weekly or biweekly order you must call or send an email. Once you receive confirmation your account will be moved back into active status.

Pick up:

1. Members that will be picking up their organic produce box are required to pick up their box on Monday between 2pm - 7pm.
2. If a member fails to pick up their box on Monday they will be responsible for communicating when they will be able to pick up their box. The office is closed on Tuesdays, so the next pick up day would be Wednesday. The freshness of the produce cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery:

1.   Our delivery are is always expanding. If we currently are not delivering to your area please free to notify us if you are interested in having your produce delivered and to what city.
2.  To have your box delivered there will be an additional fee of $7.

3.  To have your box delivered to a hub site there will be an additional fee of $2. A hub is a delivery site in a particular area where five or more members can pick up their box. A hub site is great for members who live to far from the main pick up site.

Referrals:

1. For every person that you refer that signs up to become a member and places an order for a produce box you will receive a $5 discount off of your next order

Substitutions/Changes:

1. There may be some produce items that are out stock or that we receive that is not of good quality. Life, Strength & Health Delivery reserves the right to substitute these items with another produce item.
