Raw Pear Tart

    2 ripe pears
    1 cup ground pecans
    2 tablespoon wheat germ
    1 tablespoon ground flax
    pinch of salt
    4-5 dates (or you could use 1 tablespoon agave)
    fruit for garnish

Mash up the pears by hand or in a food processor.  Put this aside.

Next, take all of the rest of the ingredients and process until pasty. Spread this paste with your fingers or spoon into a bowl, pan, or serving dishes.

Now, pour the pears into this and top with fruit.
